Funeral Services for Golden Eagle Emeritus RADM David N. ROGERS, USN (Ret), will be held on 27 October 2026 at 1100 at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). The procession will begin at the ANC Administrative Building (200 King Dr., Arlington, Virginia), and a graveside service with a Navy flyover and full military funeral honors with escort are planned. A reception will follow at the Spates Hall Conference Center aboard Joint Base Myer-Henderson (214 Buffalo Soldier Ave., Fort Myer, Virginia). Northeast Flight members will serve as honorary pallbearers.
